Baby finally popped!

Ha!

Just realised that this will be my first post of the year and it's already 15th! Half of January gone just like that..

Anyway, i would like to announce to the 'world' that my baby has finally decided to see the world on 8th January 2007 (1 day before his daddy's birthday :P), 2.21am weighing 3.480kg, my biggest and tallest baby of all :)

Mother and baby are doing well.. er, okie, not exactly because i seem to have a lot of stomach pain and cramps at different sides this time round. Really weird. Been walking funny and holding the tummy while walking is required all the time. Gonna see doc tomorrow to confirm that my 'organs' are all right in places before i start my 'urut' :P

As for the baby, he's got jaundice but thankfully, we were discharged after 4 days instead of the usual 7 days (i've got really nice paed that happens to be one in a million who is not a 'leech' *wink*). I actually stayed in the hospital for 11 days for my firstborn because of the jaundice (diff paed then).

However, the weather has not been 'cooperating' at all :(

Just when i need grandpa sun to sunbath my baby in the morning and evening daily, grandpa sun is nowhere to be seen at all, for the past few days. Baby's getting yellow and we have no choice but to buy a florescent light to be placed above his cot to shine away the 'jaundice'. Sigh.

Hope the weather will improve soon but the news on the first page of ST today didn't really go down well on me at all --> rain will continue till the last week of this month! *faint*

Nevertheless, hope everyone had a good start this year and i'm really looking forward to be up and about again real soon. Will post my birth story + pics later.. ;)
