Banana Walnut Cake
Yummy!I made some changes when i baked this last week.. to a better cake.Toasting the walnuts before adding them into the cake batter is really a good idea. It wasn't planned at all. I needed to toast them because they looked pretty nasty in the first place. So, you could say it's by accident :P As a result, we had the almost fresh and crunchy walnuts when biting into the cake. Nice.
