Life is full of uncertainties. There's nothing one can be 100% sure of, really.
Example: your significant other.
There is really no way u can tell that his/her love for you is forever and ever. What's even scarier is people do change overnight. One moment she/he can tell you that you're being loved dearly bla bla bla and the next moment you know, you hardly know the person who had once said 'I love you' to you anymore.
If the person is still nice and all, the pain will definitely be there but not as bad. The worst scenario you can get is the person you love became a total monster. Ignoring you, giving cold shoulders, accusing you of anything and everything and even start calling you names! *sigh* At times like these, the most possible reasoning to their behaviour is either they have met another person or they are having an affair. Why cant we all just be true and loyal to one person whom we've made our vows/promise with? I salute those who managed to pull themselves up during times like these.. If i'm ever needed, i'm just a phone call away 
Anyway, went to my bestie's house last night. And i got pressies from her! *yay* 
Love her to bits. I hope she knows that.. hehe *brrrr..* Too mushy aye? :P

Having said all the above, i still believe that marriage is for lifetime. Marriages are like roller coaster rides, full of ups and downs no doubt and yes, there are days when things are so bad that i just wanna walk out and never look back again. However, as long as my significant other doesn't give me up / stop loving me, he can be rest assured that i'll be with him till the very end.

I stopped beliving in "forever" after 2003. There is just no guarantee in life, so I learnt to live life and enjoy the moments (good or bad) ;)
