Missed my fav class today!
Reason? I was in the toilet for too long 
Baked bread and butter pudding last night and the result was 'half' disappointing. The first half was yummy but when it comes to the bottom half, total failure. I think it was because of my baking timing, i only baked for 30 mins instead of the instructed timing of 45 mins. Really didn't know what i was thinking!

I love butter cakes too!! It's totally yummy if you add a tablespoon of rum to it ;)
