Barley with gingko nuts and beancurd sheets

Dessert for the warm weather and for beauty too! :P

My perfect kind of bean curd sheets, bought by my mama from KL

I like bean curd sheets that break and torn up easily during cooking.

Tough ones me no like. Like the one i bought recently... :(

Anyway, i cannot wait for Jacky Cheung's concert tonight! Yay!!!!!

thanks for the recipe dear.

basically i should just add equal amounts of barley and gingko.

do u use the fresh gingko (peel ourselves) or ready peeled ones? any difference? hehe

Lol.. Nolah. Liv was being nice that's all! Sure, will do a post on it soon :)

Wait, think the barley u cut down to 3/4 bowl. For the water, it's roughly 8 bowls?

I usually use fresh gingko, peeled myself. The diff between the 2 would be the price as the peeled ones are for those who like them fresh but no time to peel?

Or u're talking about the canned ones?
