So so unfair! I waited for months for this book and when the library finally sent the card to me to collect the reserved book, i was out of town! 
Told hb to get it for me instead, using my old student card and even show that we live in the same house as hb and wife but they still refused unless hb has my ID with him! Aiyoh, it's just a book and they need to be so strict about it? By the time i came back last Fri, the collection for the book has already expired.
So frustrating! I waited for more than 4-5 months for the book coz i wasn't in hurry to read it. But to reserve it again and wait for few more months? No way! Arghhhh 
Er, perhaps i will.. lol
